Seems Paste Special can work fine when I copy the part of TOC and paste with unformatted text in the same document. So I would like to confirm the following points for further assistance: 1.Do you copy the content from the same document and use Paste Special by clicking Paste icon to select 'Keep Text Only' in the Ribbon or right-clicking to. When you do, a Paste Special dialog will appear asking how you want to paste your text. Just choose “Unformatted Text” and click “OK”. Hopefully this will help you understand your options when pasting text from one place to another. While sometimes you may want to hang onto the formatting, other times stripping it all out is preferable. On a Mac, press Command+Option+Shift+V to “paste and match formatting” instead. This works in most Mac apps, too. This keyboard shortcut unfortunately doesn’t work in Microsoft Word. To paste without formatting in Word, you can use the special Paste option on the ribbon to “Keep Text Only.”. Other than that, you can change the setting quickly by using the Paste Options box, which appears whenever the text is pasted. Launch Outlook 2013. Click the File button at the top left of the screen to open the Backstage view. In Backstage view, click the Options button. The Outlook Options window pops up on screen. Outlook for mac ribbon paste unformatted text.
